Lawrence G. Hoole, CPA

Larry spent 25 years with the IRS as a Revenue Agent, Appeals Officer and International Examiner, in addition he has 14 years in Public Accounting specializing in Tax Planning, Tax Preparation, Business and Individual Tax Planning and solving IRS Tax Problems. Larry has a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University. He has over 39 years of experience dealing with accounting and taxation issues and problems. In addition, Larry was a member of the Small Business Committee of the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce, as well as a former Board Member and Treasurer. His other memberships include the AICPA and Houston Chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs.

Samantha M. Kramr, CPA

Samantha earned her BBA in Accounting from Baylor University in May of 1990. She has been a CPA for more than 17 years as well as a member of the AICPA and the Houston Chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs. She brings to the firm several years of experience of working with small businesses and non-profit organizations. She is currently chairing the 1960 CPA Roundtable Discussion Group for her third year and has continued to volunteer her time in her sons' Cub Scout Pack as committee member.
